when the day i took my car on friday that's sound already exist,i straigh called to my SA and he was booked checking on the next tuesday,at the same time my millage only 700 km done b4,i found out my original rim its repaint also, then some experts told me my car sure for the DRIVING TRAINING,then suspect they hit bump or hole so make the lower arm bust oil leaking n cause the rim need repaint.

Did you pay for a new roadtax when you bought your car? Demo/moonsoon cup cars will already have road tax on them, but BMW Driver training cars will have mileage on them without the roadtax.

i cannot remember they got roadtax or not when i do selection of this car,btw the car already got register number then i interchange it to my favor number.

Ab only concern do whatever are " profit " .. lite .. sales, insurance claim ..

other's service .. wait & delay ....

AB is like a college the good employees go there to study & graduate to start their own business or join competitors. the bad ones remain and that is why their service sucks. no offense to some of the good ones who remain maybe the pay is too good but end of the day its the customers who suffer. the last time i serviced my car at AB all my coins went missing and that was the last...

There was once when a few sticks of cigars left in my compartment box went missing after servicing my car there!

Aiyoo.... That's not all le. My friend sent his car to service and his handphone was stolen.:eek: He always put a spare phone in the car in case of emergency. He forgotten to take it out and when he claimed back his car after servicing... it was gone!! So was his loose cash in the coin box!!
How would we know that such a big company cannot be trusted and do such a thing??
My friend was so angry that he went to the manager's office and make noise. He lost his temper to the max when the manager replied that he can't do anything as my friend should not have left anything valuable behind. My friend messed up his office and threw his chair!! Then only he say he is sorry and will give him back compensation of a free service or something like that.... I forgot already.

But every time we go service, I thought the SA will always ask us to remove valuables from the car mah... THIS IS MALAYSIA!! gone in 60sec is an under statement, we can do better  :D

you are right, but its that such a huge company i tot they need doing some discipline behaviour on their humen resource?like inside a JAIL , hahahahaha :stupid:

Very difficult to enforce.. that's human nature.. see pretty girl must kacau... see nice thing, must itchy hand.. too bad! So "park at your own risk" kind of environment still prevail!

That's why I prefer to wash my own car. The problem with sending cars to car wash or service is too dangerous. U may have a utility bill left in the car with your name and residential address.. and you might even left your house key in your car. They just need to replicate the keys and got themselves an full access entry to your house!!

Losing of coins or cigars in the car is small matter..

JAIL? yeah, if you can catch them, yet they will still do it again... how? Chop their hands off.. :p

bro, how about the bank workers? mean they can take the money out to use watever they like? i mean big company should got many law n regulation when joining in and not same like our small traditional chinese company, if u say we wash car at outside and face this kind of problems i have nothing to say but AB if like pasar malam o also nothing to say? .. cheers..hehe

I service my Toyota also no missing coins le. But got missing petrol la... maybe they use to test drive tha car kot..

I always make sure I remove all valuables in the car before send it for service. Been doing that religiously and will be the same with BMW!! After all we are in Malaysia...

In the bank? You ask those who work in the bank and see if they dare to leave their mobile phone unattended on their work station table or not, I am not talking about teller with CCTV, but the back office!! That's restricted to only staff access!!

Throwing chair? Is that a behaviour that would reflect good on you ( your friend). It's his fault anyway, you can't just leave anything valuable in your car. It may not be the mechanics who take it, who knows a cleaner who walked by during lunch break took the phone and went?

In Ingress Auto, they first check your car for scratches and ask to remove your belongings and then you sign a form saying you acknowledge it. Perhaps AB need to do that too?

Hey hey hey... U think he wants to throw the chair? He was frustrated with the manager's response that it's not his fault and he can do nothing about it. I am sure if you are at the situation... u would not get into such situation if the manager would at least apologize and assure that he will look into it and no such thing would happen again.
If it was me... I will surely blast him upside down too. It was them who forgotten to remind the owner to take away his belongings and double check what's in the car before taking in his car.
OK... QUIKFLYER... Hope if it do happens to you... u wont react like that and will just blame urself ?? HmMm... if tht's the case.. GOOD!!!! :stupid:

Maybe I pretend I lost a gold bar in my car after the service... then go to manager's office and throw chair.. I wonder I will get life time service..

Thanks for the tip... girl.. :65:

:eek: can arr? i personally think that it's pointless to blame the manager for something that's beyond his control... And before we start finger pointing, chair throwing maybe we should learn to admit the fact that we are careless to leave our valuables behind...

I guess sometimes you just can't control yourself when you get such respond especially from a "manager".

well.....although i have to say in such situations, losing your temper is inevitable.....but chair throwing .... rather drastic wouldn't you say? In any case ...leaving a mobile phone in the car...be it at AB or any where else.....good luck to you!
