320d M Sport - Voice Command Issues

Just got confirmation from AB after sending my car in twice. F30 320d M-Sport does not come with Voice Command.

Further investigation reveals that to enable Voice Command, component 6VB must be installed. For some odd reason, this wasn't so for the 2013 batch but was installed in earlier F30 (Luxury & Sport) models.

When you say it doesn't come with voice command you mean you cannot ask the car to say dial a number by calling out your friend's name and the car will dial his number by reading out your friend's name and then proceed to ask you if that is the correct person?

If yes then your car has some issue and you will need to ask the SC to look at it. Even the basic 316i model has that feature and it works as I've tested it before on my car and mine is manufactured somewhere in the middle of 2013.
