Yeh, on Boge now. Much much softer then B8. Just tell me, if you ever travel down the North South Highway from seremban to KL, how is the ride like. One of the main reason i dislike the B8 is on certain stretch on that highway with road undulations, the hard set up of the car just bumps up and down giving me headache. So moved on to softer ones lo..

Called them when I was looking for my Sachs Advantage, they dont seem to know about/have any experience of Sachs Advantage or Sachs SuperTouring. Keep saying they only keep 'normal' Sachs but dont seem to know what type.

i called up suan huat before. i believe when they refer to the normal Sachs, it should be the supertouring. I called them once for my absorber for the 530, but they gave the the quotation got 540, they same both cars use the same absorbers. same same...

I don't know about you guys but Suan Huat have provided very good service and stands behind their genuine parts. For me and from what I have seen with my friends, never use non genuine parts, even with the ubiquitous Proton. Often people will complain in later months about their cars and blame XYZ

For some parts yes, but the Sachs Advantage and the ori M-Sport Suspension II is identical in every way except its 'Sachs Advantage' or 'BMW' sticker and its box. In fact the ori M-Sport II suspension also says Sachs alongside the BMW name.

For the above difference, the Sachs Advantage was GBP532 for all 4 while the ori BMW one was around GBP850 in UK. I'm not paying GBP320 for some stickers.

Said before in the last few posts that they dont do Sachs Advantage, only 'normal' Sachs which is suspect is the Super Touring.

The Advantage is the ori firm M-Sport II suspension, firm enough for the ride but not as hard as Titan/Bilstein setups. Still comfortable enough for me. I'd like to keep my M-sport setup above any others.

Thanx Herbert. In actuality i did analysis with Albert, he told me locally B8 chicken about RM4k too. But if he acceptation from Sing, RM 3.2k. my wallet aswell pening. haaha

Bro, logically, B8 shouldn't be 4k mah.

Reason being B12 is 4k+ and B12 is B8 + spring and I don't think the spring alone will cost less than 1k.
