I agree, it's the attitude. Now it's the key and the mechanics simply throw their spanners around. Next time it's the car body..It's the uncaring attitude without any check that matters..
If we all agree, at least for BMWclub, lets cooperate and boycott bad/rude/uncaring services. It's the only way to do it....but first we need to know which one ? or at least we rank them...
My first service will be in Quill PJ. I will rate them from 1 to 10 :wink:
