Ok bottom line msian is, your ride is whatever you want it to be, they're your wheels, it's your life. But on the road, other lives count just as much. The e39 is a very well respected car, but that's a decade old story, it's not even the point, coz its a no-brainer, everyone knows that. Any car can touch this speed that speed blah blah and so on, mercs comfy la, audis got quattro la. But we're bimmer riders and this is a UDM forum. That's what ownership is all about. Remember it's not about how fast you get there ( or slow even!), but how you get there fast.... Fact of life then, bimmers are a bit like tattoos... they're not for everyone...may hurt to get one, more painful to get rid of. But it's amazing while it's with you... Dammn this is one drama thread fellas!

Now comes the other, I'd say equally difficult part, and for this it's all about patience and a keen eye, preferably someone else's. You're gonna want to keep yer ride for quite awhile, so why the rush. I waited nearly a year before landing one. And I love it. Oh well, it's a bimmer thing la.
