GENTLE REMINDER

Here is the itinerary for the Official drive to visit BMW Assembly plant Kulim.

5th July 2013

SHARP 07.00am

All participants to meet at Sg Buloh R & R (North bound). Registration, collect t-shirts & car stickers, sign letter of indemnity, hotel payment, safety briefing, grouping for convoy etc etc. Please arrived early to avoid delay in the departure.

09.00am - Stopover at Sg Perak R & R

11.00am - Lunch at Juru city. To our Muslim brothers & sisters, they can proceed to the nearby mosque for Friday prayer.

02.30pm - Arrive BMW assembly factory plant

6.00pm - Complete the tour

7.00pm - Arrive & check into Royal Hotel Penang

8.30pm - Dinner in Penang hosted by our BMWCM Penang Chapter

To our Muslim bro, i would propose we had our Friday prayer in Masjid Seberang Jaya.
Its just by the main highway going to BKE. Easy access and enough parking (if we reach there early, by 12.45)
After prayer, we can join the convoy which i believe will be using BKE as well.

A reminder for everyone to arrive early or at least on time tomorrow. Registration starts at 7.00 am and we hope to flag the first group off by 7.20 am followed by Groups 2 and 3 respectively at 10 minute intervals. Group 3 Sweeper will leave latest by 7.50 am and any latecomers thereafter will have to play catch up.

A reminder for all those visiting to plant to adhere to the dress code set and for OM to wear the Official Club Shirt.
