Assalam bro _M_, use your corporate rate, definitely cheaper than online. Agoda shows a cheaper rate but tht is without taxes and without breakfast.

to answer your queries on:

1) Payment - you dont have to pay anything to become a club guest/non-member but encouraged to join as official member to get special attention/care from bmwcm..hehe
2) yes you may partially partcipates but since you require hotel, when will you overnite at the hotel. the hotel rates would not be much different if you book online via booking.com or agoda.com etc

You are more than welcome to join the drive and event.
