Type of modification on your E90

Came across postings from the BMW SG guys on the Volk Progressive ME's which are forged rims. For 19' its 10kgs and the quality is pretty good. You can pick up a set in Singapore for under SGD4k (~RM9k), which will not get you anything forged in 19's here in KL.

SizeOffset is FR 8.5 ET35, and RR 9.5 ET30 which is a perfect fit for our E90's.

Anyone know who carries this rim here and how much?

Now this type of rims look difference and outstanding as compare to OEM. Should go for this type! Very sui..... and couple it with lowered springs or KW.... yum yum....

would have gotten these if not for Neez. Great price, good looking, forged wheels for less than RM10k. Not going to find anything better. Easier to buy from singapore and bring them in

Ordered an M aerodynamic kit with M3 spoiler from SA last week. should be ready by monday. cant wait to fix it. By march planning to get those M3 break system and M3 Rim as well. damn cool. so anybody need stock e92 bodykit can get it from me... half price!

Heard that BMW will introduce BMW Performance kit range of product somewhere this year. anybody got any info on this?

What do you think if i paint it crome for the spoiler fix with my space gray e92?? okay or not??

You'll probably be one of the 1st in M'sia with the M3 kit :top::top: I am really interested in your 189s. So do keep me in mind come March when you get the M3 rims :wink:

Went to Stanford tyres in Jusco 1U since they are the disti for RAYS wheels here. Bad news is that they do not seem to have the right size and offset Progresiv MEs in stock, and they doing a final check with the HQ tomorrow. If they are out, it'll take them 3-4 months to order and fulfil here. Still no word on the price here, but I'll likely find out tomorrow when they call back.

Might be worth a SG roadtrip afterall. Not too sure if the shops in SG have ready stock of the rim size I am looking at or I'll have to pre-order etc. THe more I think about it, the more I think this would be the wheel I'll set my sights on heh.

Also, anyone know which is more comfy - Eibach prokit + Koni FSD or KW V2 coilovers?

Yea, the 19's M3 forged rim will certainly not fit the E92. One fella in Greece managed to finally fit it after some hub shaving, fender rolling and negative cambers tho (pics somewhere in this thread I think). The E92 has less rear wheel space for agressive offsets compared to the E90, but even the E90 will likely rub and scrape on the 19' M3 wheel.

Mine is with the eibach prokit and stock abs now. Will be trying out the Koni FSD when the stock abs is due for replacement. Heard a lot of good comments about this combo but personally have not tried it. This is a cheaper mod as compare to KW V2.

As for KW V2, I'm sure you have tried it on Meinauto's car previously and I have also heard that the late Simon's car is with this KW V2 too and it's comfortable.

Thats the slim spoiler on top of the boot right. Yummy looking. Do you know how much it is and what material?
