The best diesel out there ???

What is realised that these happens after a very heavy rain. And this happens after a few hours the rain has stopped. And it only smokes while stationary and only for a few seconds.

first of all don't think its white smoke....but white vapour/mist came out from ur exhaust tips should be best combustion ur eng is having...
means good mixture...fuel + air mixture at the best...either petrol or diesel...my 5cents:top:
