The battery drained out so fast even its new.....

Lately my E34 battery is drained out the power so fast when its left for two days without start the engine . The power went out so fast even changed to a new one as well... why this is happen and i found that the a.c fan blower and radio can be on even i switched off and pull the key out..is the the wiring problem as i go the the wire man and he also cant fix it.... For info that was happened since on the first day i took it home as a new owner as the date is Oct 2003....very long aahhhhh...

nah....the usual battery drain troubleshooting procedure.....tap a multimeter and cabut the fuse 1 by a to isolate.once fuse is identified,isolate the component 1 by 1.

If all is well and still the same issue persist, maybe its high time to change to new battery kot Yus :4:. How long is the current battery in used bro?

Dzull....for your info i already replaced with a new battery last week while the problem persist....ermmmm.....cant find the bad wiring to fix it up..may be the video link shared by Moots can help....thanks moots

I usually use a DC clamp-on ammeter to check for the leakage.
No need to disconnect any battery cable.

Just clamp on and start pulling the fuse one by one until the current dropped to about 35 milliamp.

Bro dzull, molek gak lagu tu, kawe pn baru jer pakai E34 ni, xsampai sbulan pn lg...xtau bnyk sgt sal keta ni..
blh ar nt kenal2 ngan awok2 kemaman n kuantan... tp kawe siap tukar batery lg, stakat ni ok 2,3 hari ni... sentral lock door kdg2 ok, kdg2 xok, alarm pn kdg2 ok n x ok.. myb ada punca dr ni kot...
