Posted some of my issues regarding my E34 here:http://www.bmwclubmalaysia.com/forums/showthread.php?t=25010One of the strange things that was happening was that when I turned on the ignition the warning lights would come on and then go off by itself but when I started the car the lights would 'reset' and repeat the process. Initially I thought something was wrong with the ignition etc. but the car was still running so kept on driving.Lately the car has been less 'energetic' when starting. The starter seems to struggle to crank the engine and I decided to get the battery changed. Did some research online and decided to get a Delkor MF battery. After fitting the new battery, the starter is damn ganas and cranks the car over very quickly.BUT the best thing is the dashboard 'reset' has been fixed! I think the old battery was losing power over time and the 'reset' occured because there was not enough juice to keep the dash running while cranking the engine. So if anyone has the same problem, get your battery changed.Hope this helps.

i had my abs , trans light popping out at the dash , the aircond became hotcond ...the lights got dimmer ... drove back all the way with my hazards as it was almost midnight ...

reach back home , switched the car off .... tried to restart and everything worked fine ...gremlins i guess ....

the next day went down and get it checked ..everything was working fine .... then requested t foreman to check n grease all the baterry terminal .... upon chekcing the terminal , found out that one of the terminal is slighty loose ....sighhhh

tighten up and everything works fine ..... it's been a week ....
