Speed down and Aircon out vent

have beemer year 93. I just curios if the speed 60km top uphills and decreasing even after using S button down to 40km. I felt shy when even a kancil can cut me uphills but if its stright and down hills ok lah. Also, how to close the vent from outside air manually. Mine auto i think faulty. Advised me would be appreciated.

1st things 1st, is yours a 318 auto? then its normal, especially if the car has passengers, don't forget your car is already twice as heavy as a kancil, also going uphill in a bmw engine which traditionally has not much torque compared to say a mercedes...these cars are made for highway driving at high speed, not climbing hills. A better way of going uphill is to move the gear down to 3 to lock out the "overdrive" so you don't spoil your gearbox by letting it hunt for gears all the time going uphill. Good luck maybe is time for a supercharger kit???

drop the gear and push to the limit. BTW, use the winter mode rather than S. it'll heat up the fuel before going to the chamber and give u a lil' bit of almost satisfying torque.
