some nice things for E60 & E90 to share

went to a exhaust manifold manufacture today to install exhaust muffler for a melaka boyz and saw tis nice things manufacture by this factory.basically is a de-cat for E60.they also have E90 from 320i till 330i & E46.actually their doing export market to singapore,indonesia,us etc.some of the performance shop in sunway also sell their product.this manifold is made by stainless steel mandrel banding & the screw hole is run by cnc machine.

What is the grade & thickness of the stainless steel???
I've actually asked a few exhaust shops in sunway & they quoted me about rm2800-3000 for the manifold for E60! How much if we buy directly from the factory?

factory & installation department is in melaka but they did mentioned they have sales showroom in k.l.better call tim cause he can answer most of the question.

according to them they also do other model as well from jdm car,local car till euro car.they already did a few E92 M3 one belong to doctor nazim which i think bundy know him.royal of terengganu audi a4 manifold till muffler also did by them.they also do titanium manifold.

I thought nazim was using Hartge exhaust installed if I'm not mistaken by Obermeier.

maybe you should start the list & i can talk to tim about the price.

talked to tim just now, he installed more than 25 units of headers for e60/e90 and other models....for 525 (havent confirm wether n or m engine) the gain is dyno proven of around 14hp/20nm thereabout....

the headers are plug n play and from prev experience no CEL lights on after installation. willing to accept a group buy minimum 5 to 10 units
He can recommend a shop to install the headers in KL so we dont have to go to melaka to install it.:top:
