Side mirror auto turn down when reverse?

all BMW have this since my E36 days ...

Dont remember my 1997 E36 328 having it.

Its nothing "hidden". Its actually documented in the Owners Manual if anyone cares to read it.

tested yesterday, my 520 2003 doesn't have this feature
it's manual for me, using my fingers.

Mine has it..its quite cool and if u don't want it to tilt just position the switch to the other side..and if u have memory seat's even the side mirror settings will follow the memory, and the rain wiper function and ...haizz..I love BMW's!!!!

not all e39 got this function la...my e39 come with electric memory seat but my mirror don't have this function... only got auto fold mirror...normally if your mirror got memory than u will get this function...

my e39 don't have it. my x5 have it but it turn really low until i can't see the side, so tight parking area make this function dangerous......

It's exactly the same as any other E39 mirrors...got tilt or not, it looks just the same
