If he really is a con job, just ban him. Stop this cyberbullying. Just because he's a kid, I don't think it's nice to show this kind of behaviour. Be fair. Why not do the same to the other so-called "forummer-sellers." If he really is racking up the postings so that he can sell, let it be. The minute he starts selling something, ban. If his banner or nickname is seen as indirect marketing, warn him to change. If he doesn't, ban.
