This is probably the worst piece of government action : pleases no one but treasury short of RM200 million ++. The amount of reduction is pitiful. Even those enjoying 66.7% won't be thankful, coz it's only RM10 per year of savings which most likely is wiped in less than 10 days of paying the extra toll. Those people with big CC cars should feel very insulted if the government says they are trying to "help" them with this reduction.

toll prices increase... i don't mind... why is everyone complaining about toll prices increasing when prices of everything else increased as well... come on lah... LDP... how long has it been there??... 5-6 years?? and since it opened it's been RM1... isn't it ridiculous to think that when everything else is increasing in price... the cost to maintain a highway stays at RM1 per user??? the eceonomics of it is not right... yes the number of users increase and the collections increase as well... but increase in road users would also mean and increase in the number or preventive maintenance need to be done... so whenever my friends compalin about toll increase or fuel increase... i keep a positive mind about MALAYSIA and tell them the reality of it...

In GE, the masses is what matters. Unfortunately, there are not much changes in the mentality of the masses for the past 50 years . The simple reason, I think, is...as per Tun M in his Malay Dilemma did mention " people have short memory. Grouses and dissastifactions disappeared and forgotten right before GE when new roads are built, old roads repaired, schools rebuilt, mosques built, etc etc..... " not the exact words, but the meaning is something like that.

everyone avoiding the kesas..shit.. RM2.20 one way. guess the toll ppl are really giving us hell..
