Finally.. the long standing 325i vs 320d question has been answered.
Both drivers are similarly competent (based on wknd drives & go-kart performance). The outcome goes to show that both are quite close.. BUT ONLY IF the 320d is chipped la..

And I still got half tank of diesel left after the whole session...lolz...and I did 35 laps compared to your 22...
In real race of say 40 laps gone la...u need to refill and i dont....wakaka
I know after the session your petrol all empty dy...hehe

And your car has sligthly more hp than mine...325i (220ps) vs 320d (around 210hp)....although yours stock...but your car had more powaa..!

How does a 320d have 210hp? Stock kah? Apa Lu mau Tipu? 250 Nm v 450Nm. See you had to do 35 laps to finally get a 0.2s deficit, earlier was -2s and then -1s la. With the diesel you had to try harder mah!

See Schuey qualifying he sit and wait only ... No need like the other teams. LOL

D renaults rs is a very special car indeed. Our almost fully modded m3 driven by a gwei lor lost out to a stock renault. N if u look at d time sheet, there is a modded rs that did 2.05. The f10 m5 that was our fastest bmw on track did 2.39. N d m5 wasnt stock. Thanks to D CMs for organising d track day. It was tiring but fun n no mishaps. I could not do better than 2.52. Our f30 328 deserves some mention too. 2.49 for a 2000 cc sedan is good going. Hopefully when my bbks arrive n with semi slicks, i can outgun d 328 n bring some face to d 335 fraternity. D f30 328 definitely handles d corners better than d 335.

Tianci, not being biased but if rattlesnake had paddle shifts, he would post a faster time. He was on auto DS all d way. I know i know, mind my own business.

Quick question...do you all assign instructors to "newbies" on the track, or do you all just let them loose on the track and let them fend for themselves? I like how SIC keeps the time for every car so you'll get a gauge on your performance. Most of the track I've been to in the US, we have to bring our own equipment to record our lap time. Normally, we are not encourage to record laptime, as our main focus is HPDE (High performance driver's education). we learn the entry and exit apex, trottle control, braking point, etc...

Participants are grouped to A, B, C and D with instructors in the C and D group. We also have time trail for those in the A groups. I'm just curious to see how track days are organized here....
