Using run flat tyres are not so comfortable to your passengers. The softer tyres like the Michelin PS3 is more comfortable for passengers

To all Bro...is that the alignment also will cause this? Mine alignment setting is from factory, never do alignment since occupied the car. TQ.

Always do alignment when get car. Factory hantam aje la. Alignment will not be the root problem unless its so sengek that you have to correct it all the time. Motion sickness comes from the swaying effect. Ears feel sway. Eyes dun see sway do much.

Please check what year your tyres are made...
May be due to long park at the same place.....this call it blind spot on the tyres....
Also can make feel sick....

aku ada stereng lori dan bas......kau ada....

Maybe you should take your passengers more often and after some time they will get used to it and no more problem already. Is like when we take a boat ride in the sea, first few times sure mabuk one.

After heard from all taiko view, i decided to do this step by step:
1) To find a good alignment shop for BMW. (any recommend alignment shop at ampang/cheras/pandan indah area? Auto bavaria SC good?)
2) Change 4pcs tyre to non RFT.( Which brand is better for our F30 328i?)
3) Change the suspension spring to harder type.( Has been recommended H&R and KW V2. Any other brand?)

TQ.

Mizhan ... H&R tu not that firm for fun fun driving ya. Literally only one step up from the soft stock. I would say it feels about as firm as my CRZ only. Of which is not that firm.

I noticed most after market springs are not the the lowest in stiffness. Some brands have 3 levels of stiffness and Malaysia always brings in the least stiff.

No matter what I still seen how a certain RED F30 can wallop all the turns at Ulu Yam la, Genting la, Route 68 la, Bukit Tinggi la ... Tapi kat Frasers driver got motion sickness. LOL

Misai Merah...?! :burnout:

Yeah, you can only Change the Spring. The Springs H & R cost RM 1K ++ try asking Auto Future Design or MSD but i got mine from Auto Future Design Damansara.

Depends on Budget, if you want Full Performance and Comfort ... then You Change the whole Coilover system to KW V3  I did this Finally.

Please Google "seasickness".. then you will have a clearer picture of what is happening.

//Quote..

Causes

This condition is caused by the rocking motion of the craft. Most people tend to concentrate on the inner surroundings, or close the eyes and try to sleep. This will cease the worst effect of the disturbance.

The real cause is in the brain, which receives conflicting signals: while the eyes show a world that is still, our body, and in particular the equilibrium sensors located in our ears, send signals of a moving environment. This discordance causes the mind to send to the whole body a general alarm signal, in order to stop all activities, in particular the most complex of all: the digestion process."

Worst complaints are from S Class and Alphard/Vellfire rear passengers due to it's large cabin. Firmer ride definitely helps. Do not read book or play electronic gaming console in the car. Try look out the window or windscreen so both your equilibrium sensor and eyes are telling the same story to your brain.

Check out this Youtube on how to recreate seasickness..

Was it Mary's Maybach Tanci ?

Nope ... That one only rattlesnake test drive. He did complain the ride was hard. But the cushions were nice and soft. I wonder if the bigger injectors have been installed. No powaa la it seems.

Hi Simon, r u most of the time driving in Comfort mode? I myself felt the EPS somewhat offers over assitance to the driver. Cruising at speed below 100kmh doesn't firm up the steering at all and it's very sensitive to movement just like sailoring a boat. Sport mode steering feel is way better perhaps you wanna try it before making move to change your chasis setup. Cheers..

Do you mean the EPS of the car will cause carsick if we drive in low speed? What the different of setting/action for the EPS when we drive slow or high speed in comfort or sport mode? TQ
