328 m-sport suspension too stiff?

saw two m sports with different wheel gap at AB during the launch. A "senior" SA told me it was due to the adaptive suspension. I knew adaptive suspension doesn't alter the ride height so i google & found it's due to the shipping block. So don't 100% trust what SA told us..

just have my car checked in AB, they found out that the template for suspension was left there, hence the horse riding experience!

and i am the first customer who complaint bout this!

OMG. That is real bad. I hope you write in an complain letter, better to safeguard your car for future suspension problem that might arise.

That's the suspension block. They use it during transportation of the vehicle. Damn! That is really a failed PDI check indeed. Hope it does not cause permanent damage to your car.

i am concerned that it might cause some damage, the front suspension has some sort of strange noise whenever I drive past speed humps now, the feel is different, i dont know whether it's me or is it just plain normal

it was 1300 on the clock when i sent the car for checking, i hope it didnt do much damage.

they went to report to manager though, but they did not apologize to me.

i will write an official letter to BMW Malaysia to complaint.
