The focal person is basically the person who will co-ordinate matter between the CM and the participant
on the ground.

Any query like registration, collection of T-shirt, what time does the convoy start, where is the
toilet can be handle by him.

He will also assist the CM in ensuring things will run smoothly.

Bros - my buddy is coming along for the ride in his BMW Motorrad. He wants to sign up as an OM so I printed 3 membership forms for him and for others who would like to be an OM. If it's OK with focal person Bailey and the rest of the CM, can my buddy take Edi or Habharjan's place for tomorrow? He would like to get a M size T-shirt if available.
