This convoy is limited to 50 cars and is open to all BMW Owners on a first come first serve basis.

just curious, if there are more than 50 entries, would it be first come first serve for all or Official Members would be given priority based on the list?

Just wanted to add, some of us (or maybe just me) have never driven across the border into Singapore, as I understand it, there are some things we need to do such as buy/rent the ERP device, possibly bring our car registration card (I know we have to show it to bring cars into Thailand), insurance, etc. Would someone here mind advising us newbies on what we need to do/bring with us? Appreciate the info, thanks!

U just need to get the VEP card at the SG custom. Just need to fill in a form and show them the road tax slip which came with your MY roadtax sticker. If you have thrown that away, they would need to come and see the roadtax stuck on your windscreen.

No need to rent the ERP transmitter, u get 10 day FOC entry into sgp. Sat, Sun and Public Holidays are FOC anyway. Only weekdays are chargeable. As for ERP, u'll be charged a flat rate - someone mentioned it's SGD5/day (can someone verify this???)
So if it's flat rate per day, it'll be cheaper to go around without the ERP which charge per gantry. I've never rented the unit for my trips down south.
