Will some body enlighten me ??I will be reading all the posting but which should I read, E-46,36 90??? My location is in JB so which will be the reccomended service centre to goto ?Please adviceCheers

first of all, welcome to the club.

e30, e36, e46, etc are the various car models. From your description, your car is an e46 model. The e36 is the model before yours. BTW, there is no e40 model in the Bimmer family

Fred,

Welcome aboard .... you missed some serious fun over the weekend with the KL guys being here. No worries - let's chat further later. Call me at 012-3456227 and we can meet up one of these days for tea. In fact, there's one a little later in Taman Molek if you can make it this evening, dude !

Cheers,
