I'm getting the M-Tech2 b/kits, but won't lower. Just wondering if it will look odd. Any sifus have pics to share? Want to see how an un-lowered UDM looks after adding b/kits and 17" rims. :beaten:
brainwash for 17 & 18 for 2 week, finally u decide to go for 17' after listening to all the pros and cons. good choice whatever it is coz u r still fitting into a bimmerOriginally posted by lukesoon@Jul 8 2006, 06:09 PM

bmwcar said:Lukesoon,
1) 18inches will reduce the acceleration - especially the standing start to about 60 kmh....after that, minimal difference......
2) cost wise - 18 inches has reduced in prices as more cars are now using it - it now comparable to 17 inches.... about 50 to 200 per tire difference.
3) ride comfort - quite a big diff as 18's are alot harder but the increased grip and sharper turn in is a plus........
My car came with 18 but overall, think that 17 is the best all round balance......
