bros,just got a 320I M-sports. but the tyres looks really bad. need advice on new set of tyres...any recommendation. now using 17" RIM

You may try Michelin Pilot Sport II, but not too sure available for 17".
It has good grip (wet & dry), low noise level, light & not too hard.
Why I said that b'cos I'm having MPS II at the front and Bridgestone S02 at the rear, so th dif is very obvious. But mine's running on 18". :nyehehe:

Yea, agree on the PS2... Once u experienced it, its hard to pick another comparable all rounder like it.

Brader,

I changed mine to Pirrelli Dragon 225/17/ for RM470 a piece.

Good thread, low noise, super in the rain. Worth the money.

Can pasang in PJ

Romeo

Ya the Dragons are great value for $$$ as well from what I head from the members here. Also had very good ratings in comparos with top end tyres from what I read.

drive beemer cannot save on tyres lar... with all the safety features included..the only thing that keeps u on the road are the tyres...

ps2 is superb, i got mine last month 4 tyres ,18" total with balancing , alignment etc .. rm4230.00

Hey Guyz,

have been re-searching around for a good tire (225/50/16) and have looked at the following:-

1) Michellin PS2 (Expensive but the best all round tire here);
2) Continental Conti Sport 2 (Same as above, expensive but reliable);
3) Pirelli's Dragon (Selling at RM490 in Damansar Uptown), am tempted to try this
4) Falken Avensis ST115 (Does not last very long supposedly);
5) Yokoham C-Drive's, will be installing these very soon, since it's Japanese technology, more suitable to Asian weather, and all round good tire and value for money.
