The M5 replica looks good too. :D Both are going about 2.5k. I've seen replica BBS LM going for 1.8k on Mudah before. Somewhere in Shah Alam.

I know many other cars are better and many other friends have burning desire in making the cars wonderful but only few post them into the forum .So Wingzee, keep it up and you deserve the recognition for the hard work and willingness of accomodating the racuns.

nice meeting up with you guys yesterday (wingzee, AS, IceDuke)

didn't have time to do the radio coding last night but through some googling, I found some screenshots, so I know what to look for. Thanks for the tip.
Will do it tonight.

Congrats on the membership sign up.

Wah mini secret TT?

Car have since clocked about 15,000km since purchased last April. Lately, car hardly been driven and parked most of the time. On Tuesday, upon starting the car just to do warm it up and do some random diagnosis and this happened.

Car started vibrating badly and RPM dropped. Feels just like it's running on 1 less cylinder. Plugged in to INPA and here's the error:

Was pretty surprised as I have recently changed all 6 ignitions coils (about 3 months ago). Consulted sifu IceDuke and did some tests this morning.

Removed the plugs and coils to check and all seemed normal except plugs is abit wet. Swapped coils between cylinder 4 and cylinder 1 and drove to WP Auto to replace my recently bought fuel filter.

All is normal until after the replacement of the fuel filter, drove out of Albert's place, car started vibrating again. Instant gut feel is the ignition coil which was swapped to cylinder 1.

Parked the car at the road side, took out the netbook & fired up INPA to diagnose. Gut feel proven to be true as shown cylinder 1 as misfiring, which confirms the coil is faulty.

Drove straight to nearby BA Maluri (about 5km away from Albert's place) and drive back to IceDuke's place to get the coil replaced.

Restarted the car, did a test run and instantly felt the difference. Car has much better idling, smoother response and more low-end power.

Suspected the coil to have been having issues for the past month as FC suffer quite abit and car felt sluggish. Was quite still surprised to find a brand new 3 months old original Bosch ignition coil to go so soon.

Called up BA and checked whether do they provide any warranty for it but unfortunately was told none.

Next maintenance will be the alternator and shocks. Stay tuned.

Just to share with the rest on how to detect a potential faulty coil:

GT1: Running value for cylinders, prior to replacement of faulty coil on cylinder 4 (do take note of any values which shown a huge variance with the rest, may point to a faulty coil). In my case, it was shown that cylinder 4's values is way off from the rest.

Apart from that, did some further tests and below are the results for various modules. Can anyone assist to interpret these results? Are these normal?

Did the final leg of the cooling system overhaul today. Radiators, expansion tanks and various hoses were replaced 6 months ago but mech never asked to replace water pump and thermostats. There were no sign of leaking at all and temperature have been been stable at the middle mark. Been living with it but decided to do some preventive maintenance as car is 9 years old anyway. All parts were bought at Bavarian Auto SS2 and job was done at Optimum (Ah Fai decided to give leeway this time for bringing own parts :D).

My decision to replace the pump turns out to be a good one as when the ori pump were taken out, part of the metal composite propeller have cracked. Was surprised on how that happened.

Anyway, job completed within 2 hours and pressure test done shown no leakage.

Ah ok my question in the other thread is answered now. :) it is Optimum.

My regular mechs are Bomin and Optimum, recently tried WP Auto.

Optimum is nearest to my place (maybe about 2-3km?). The only gripe I have is they do not allow you to bring your own parts. When comes to advice, diagnosis and workmanship, they are the best.

bro, have u tried clean the icv? like my case, i changed all 6 ignition coils but the misfiring problem still existed especially during idling the engine behaved like choking and later die. i was wondering why because everything was changed new. so i tried clean the icv and the result was significant. no more bad idling afterwards. u can check further in my thread under showroom.
