Bro eggie, don't you just hate it when, after a good wash, meticulous polishing, careful waxing and tender buffing - the heavens open up and it POURS!!

Anyway, nice shots as always, and I'm envious of your many cars! One of these days, I'll head up and come admire all of them - including your big cat :)

Haha I know what you mean, but half the fun is seeing all those water beading away. Things I dislike only about the rain is when I have to wade thru puddles of water, or construction areas. I face that a lot on my way to work everyday. Loads of construction going on in Cyberjaya, and each time it rains, the car's lower body will look like it's been thru a desert or swamp or something! Hahaha. :24:

Sure would be great to see your F02/F13 in the flesh someday. Would be a real honour of mine bro! :top:

Bro, I feel your pain. When that happens, it almost seems like our cars have TWO-TONED paint scheme - Deep Sea Blue on the top, Muddy Brown on the bottom, hahahah!

Singapore also have such swamps, as you can see below - some more, in ORCHARD ROAD, gosh!

Haha, that's a good one Wobbles bro. Two-toned paint!

But imagine the hassle endured in cleaning those rims...

Parked beside this E90, and the colour looked remarkably similar. But up close and under direct sunlight, it would seem the paint on the E90 is a shade lighter?

Or is this the Monaco Blue paintjob? Not too familiar with the newer paintjobs actually.

the E90 looks like Monaco Blue to me.
Under bright sunlight, it will look lighter.

but Deep Sea Blue is definitely lighter than the MB

Thanks bro! Yup, my mistake, the DSB colour is much lighter tone compared the the blue-ness on the Monaco Blue paintjob.

Haha... bro Eggie, did you just wash your car again? Wiper is raised... it looks beautiful

Haha, last washed on Saturday morning. It was drizzling that night itself and never really washed it yet. Only wiped a few stains that look like tree sap this morning before I headed for work.

Oh, wiper raised cos the car is parked outdoors and exposed to our extremely harsh weather here in Cyberjaya. Can be super humid one moment, and start pouring like mad the next. After all, there was an article that did say that Putrajaya/Cyberjaya remains one of the areas with the most lightning strikes or something... :p

Took my ride for a brief trip over the state border for a short visit to Seremban over the weekend. Managed to give her a proper workout, cos I never really touched 200km/hr until Saturday morning when I pushed her all the way on ELITE on my way to the airport. Helped that traffic was light and users were kind enough to keep left without the need for me to beam them away... :p

Anyhow, it was quite an experience too, watching the fuel gauge drop the harder I kept pressing that accelerator. I'm still really proud of my car for being able to withstand such high speeds and still willing to give so much more despite my constant pedal to metal driving style. :adore:

Will probably be away on another outstation trip this weekend. A visit to Penang and Ipoh is on the cards! :top:

One of my pet peeves are dirty rims, so dirty till I cannot stand leaving home without giving them a proper wash:

Look at the amount of dirt encapsulating the rims

Btw, I know those Alpina tire valve caps never existed, but they still look good. Thanks for Badrul for the simply gift during our 7s TT last month.

Ta da... Looks so much better now! :adore:

Tiring, but well worth the end result.

Spent the evening coating the bumper trims and plastic trims as well as the boot linings with Opti-Seal. It's seriously quite a good application in that it's just apply and walk away, leaving almost little or no residue at all.

AFTER - it's not so apparent in the pics I suppose, but it does it's job of making the trims look fresh and not too oily. :top:
