All this while, I thought the best time to change / upgrade rims is when it's time to change all 4 rubbers ... :4: cabutzzzz

Exactly, but earlier cant find suitable one but tyre really botak 100% so cant wait. but only change 2 tyres.

E46. just like its elder sibling E39, represent a quantum leap especially in chassis rigidity over its predecessors. I read that on average, every new generation car generally will have 10-20% improvement in rigidity but for E39, it was 40% improvement ( over engineered during that time) which made it less room for the later E60 to improve.

I read that E46 represent a whopping 70% improvement in chassis rigidity over its predecessor.
