Hi everyone,

Does anyone happen to know whether there's a distributor / reseller / installer for aFe (advanced FLOW engineering) products in Malaysia?

I'm kind of interested in this upgrade:

Many thanks!

let me know as well if you manage to find out..i'm interested to get for the 540i

Bro as mentioned/PM'ed, I found it and quoted from club merchant Devillian. As even if I order today I'd miss the installation date as Devillian needs 10-14 days to order. I'll KIV offer from Devillian and continue to source this item locally until my next confirmed trip to SG.

Noticed some "wind sound" on my way back to KL from SG/JB, upon reaching Damansara tollgate, the sound became more obvious, pulled over and found out the "Covering outer right" PN: 51 71 8 158 060 was bent backwards, rubbing against the road. It was drizzling so I ignore and drove the remaining few kilometers home.

Sourced the part from Bavarian Auto SS2 the next day, RM250.

Today around noon I called up Speedline KD but they're busy until Monday. I then tried Shah Alam tyres, they're OK to swap out the lowering springs with original springs, for RM250.

Spent my entire afternoon until 7.20pm at Shah Alam Tyres, activity list:

1. removed original rims and left for bents repair & paint recoat
2. replaced Eibach lowering sport springs with original springs
3. found out front "Stabilizer Link" PN:31 35 1 095 664 worn off on the passenger side, ordered and replaced both sides.
4. replace broken "Covering outer right" PN: 51 71 8 158 060
5. identified worn off "headlamp auto-leveling thingy" but failed to order the correct one. I've yet to find out the actual part name and number.

Total Damage:
a) 2 x stabilizer links @ RM145 each
b) labour for spring swapping @ RM250
c) service tax 6% @ RM15

Upcoming damage next week:
a) Rim repair @ RM280
b) Rim coating @ RM340
c) on-wheel balancing @ RM30
d) alignment @ RM45
e) service tax 6% @ RM41.70

On the way back, drove over all sorts of "difficult humps" in purpose, clear!

My UDM#3 has grown taller!

Many regrets that I was unable to have a TT with you during that short trip.

I was having some problem with Photobucket for Android will post some pictures soon, probably after The Return of The Rims.

The fallen, broken cover; new cover below waiting to be installed

New cover - common for all E39

The new and the ugly - missing puzzle piece, left behind somewhere in NS Highway

The ride is now with front 17" E60 rims and rear 16" E39 rims. The 16" 's couldn't clear the front brake discs and SA Tyres didn't have spare 17" for E39.

Yeah my driver side bottom cover also fell down while I was on Batu Bahat this week. Guess Johor roads eats our bottom covers hahaha

Is your headlight levelling sensor on the arms broken? Do you know front or back?

Yeah BP stretch of NS hiway must have been tainted haha!
It's located at the front, mechanic said it's leveling sensor rod but I'm not so sure about it. He did something to it temporarily so that it doesn't fall apart/off. I suspect it's item 7 in diagram below but they quoted me RM245 and item 7 seems something RM120-RM150 to me.

"TYRE DEFECT" will appear upon reaching 50-60kph, steering wheel vibrates like a massager.
