What do you think of this guys? He deserves it?Friday November 6, 2009Motorcyclist dies after victim gives chase and rams into him at alleyBy RASHITHA A. HAMIDKUALA LUMPUR: It was literally a dead end for a thief who thought he could get some money by snatching the bag of a woman – he died after his victim ran over him in her car at a dead-end alley. The dramatic incident unfolded at about 10pm on Wednesday when the woman was driving along Jalan Setapak heading to her house in Petaling Jaya. She was approached by a man on motorcycle when she stopped at a traffic light. The man claimed that she had knocked his motorcycle earlier and asked for compensation. The woman, a marketing executive, believed him and stopped at a nearby petrol station where the man demanded a sum of money.Sentul OCPD Asst Comm Zakaria Pagan said the 28-year-old woman handed over all the money that she had – RM42 – but he was not satisfied and demanded her handphone.“When she refused to surrender her mobile phone, the man snatched her handbag and sped off on his motorcycle,” he told a press conference yesterday. The woman quickly got into her Perodua Myvi and started chasing after the man.ACP Zakaria said the man, who was believed to be unfamiliar with the area, turned into a dead end at a golf club near Taman Titiwangsa. The woman, who failed to control her car when the man stopped his motorcycle, rammed into him before crashing into the golf club fencing.“The man died on the spot due to severe head injuries,” he said, adding that initial investigation revealed that the man had a criminal record for robbery. The dead man was identified as C. Unnikrisnan, 29, from Seremban.ACP Zakaria said the woman was assisting police in their investigations and the case had been classified under Section 304 of the Penal Code as culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

i believe no one deserves to die, but we all know he wouldnt have hesitated to slash her if she put up a fight...

what a pity, for both sides. hopefully she wasn't in a road rage that amounted to murder. now she pays for life for the mistake. motorcyclist however hard to say, live by the sword, die by the sword.

He deserves it and she deserves a good lawyer..Those who fell victim to snatch thieves will know the feeling...damn!!

Lesson learned:

NEVER PISSED THE LADY! THEY WILL BECOME INSANELY LETHAL!

I salute this lady! Lots of guts and great driving too. Better than gymkhana champion?

jerman...if she was a gymkana expert, she would have just aimed for his legs or hands.....so no murder charger and he wont be robbing anyone anytime soon

Does he deserved to die?

Well, to me the answer is no in terms of correlating the crime he committed with the punishment he deserves, if indeed the lady had the intention of running him down and to kill him in anger.

That being said, he did all that to himself and as someone said earlier you live by the sword, you die by the sword. This will serve as a lesson to the rest of the snatch thieves.

He deserves to be ram another 2 times for snatching a lady.

She's stupid for following him. Unless she is some black belt karate/taekwondo ..

at the end of the day, who are we to pass judgment on who should live or die...i agree with bro ramsing, whatever the outcome was, he chose his path in life and he got punished...death wasnt necessary, who knows he may have been stealing to pay for his sick mother's medication

bro, she's no gymkhanna champ la. She's one of em who only know how to slam the throttle, the biker was cornered at a dead end & the lady couldn't brake on time so slam that biker straight to the wall. Heard from the cleanup crew that the scene was quite gruesome, that's why no footage so far. Imagine la, the biker died on the spot due to severe head injuries.

Read the excerpt 1st, she is not being charged with murder, the case had been classified under Section 304 of the Penal Code, culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

Whether he deserves to die or not, I don't have comments. But he's already dead, so God decided he deserves to die, period.

She could not brake in time..

Now you understand why it is so important to have SIRIM approved brake pads..
