Pete, please update/modify the first posting so ppl and just go to first page and get the detail itenerery.

Please make sure you make a stop at the water fall. I will be bringing my trunk and towel... have not been "drenched" myself into the running mountain flow for decades.. :( It will be even more fun if we can camp out or at least cook a pot of wood fire porridge using unfiltered mountain water next to the water fall... yummy!

You can makan your wood fire porridge using unfiltered mountain water yourself ok astro! I'll use my bottled water lol~

Remember to be punctual tomorrow.

8am : Meet up at
Nasi Kandar Pelita for breakfast, Ampang Point carpark (back portion of Ampang Point).

Additional information; please bring extra shorts, we might drop by the waterfall in Kuala Kelawang, if it does not rain & probably some extra time to lepak there.

Peter, thanks for taking the time to organize the drive. It was really really enjoyable and the route is superb minus the terrible road conditions.

One of the best routes around IMO!

That totally defined the term "spirited drive." Never have I driven that hard chasing an uncle in a gti and another m3. Haha. Whoever didn't show up missed out bad. =p I'm definitely on the list for the next drive out to anywhere. Just make sure its "spirited". =p

Oh, and it's great to finally be able to match some faces to the aliases. Haha.

Thanks Peter! It was certainly an interesting day out. I had loads of fun. Of those who attended, some were more "spirited" than others. At the head of the pack, there was the two M3s by Albundy and Van1ty and Ken330's Golf GTi (also driven by his dad). Then there was David Yong, Loafer, Pussy and the bimmersclub dudes. Those less spirited but managed to keep up somehow included Alalio (also driven by myself), Southisland, BlackE90, Astroboy and Rimsukan (driving a Golf GTi).

All in all, I thought the route was pretty challenging and much longer than Ulu Yam which made it more fun. There will be plenty to talk about this drive for many weeks to come.

So, where to next?
