Key fob battery dead scenario

Folks newbie here,

What to do if if your F30 key fob battery is dead?
If we open the car using the manual key, How do we disable the alarm and start the car (will start button work if the key fob battery is dead?)

I was taught by SC, if your Fob doesn't work, put your fob very near to the the right side just below the steering. The battery can still make it alive before you replace it. Hope it works for you.

It should just like any car alarm systems.

as far as i know.... BMW cars does not comes with alarm system...

yup. no alarm.

idiot me also discovered after driving the car for almost 2 years now that the xenon headlamps only uses 1 projection tube for both low and high beam. the inner lamp closest to the kidney is just a cosmetic lens.
