The situation is worsened when there is a high pressure system. The haze would "hover" around and won't go away.

2) Install some air purifier/cleaner in the house
THis might not work. Ther will be infiltration into the house, so unless you have a HEPA filters installed to maintain at least 0.5" WG positive pressure inside the house and a airchange of at least 30, I don't it helps.
3) drink plenty of water/beer
Beer better, as when you drink, u tends to pee more and thus flush out your system. In addition, beer contain alcoho, everyone knows that alcoho is a good cleaning agent.
4) pray to god, wind direction will change soon.

Btw, not onli has the haze gotten worse but the rate of people getting sick are on the increase as well. Coughs, flu, sinus and other symptoms are on the rise...don't play play!! like wad ALBundy had mentioned...Drink more WATER! and try to stay indoors as much as possible.
oh, the haze seemed to be better today...hope it doesn't thicken later in the afternoon.......
