I remembered when the first ipad was launched in the US, and the very next day I was given one for free, the looks I was getting from people here was priceless here. However, the looks I'm getting from people now when I speed away is pretty awesome too!

I heard 270K for new 320d. CBU model iDrive with no satnav. SKD comes 4 months later-has satnav. Both priced 270K.

Went thru the SA dealers portal in quill today, it's official, NO MORE 2011 stocks for pre reg/owned.. Left 7 units of 2011 new car priced at 260k currently (awaiting green light from BMW to go on promo). The only unit @ quill is the demo car with 17k++ space grey/black going for 214k. (forgot the month of the car)

Well, I went ahead with the petrol route n hopefully when I jumpas the gosu masters in here won't tiong my bekside on the road n mahjong me! I'll be rolling on the slow lane with my petrol guzzler.. Thanks for the awesome advice you guys supplied me with, unfortunately timing wasn't right for me to get a D. See ya guys @ the F30 launch in mines! If there's any convoy/TT to the venue, pls update n hope to meet the sifu sifu D pilots here! Cheers!

i went to Ingress in Jan looking for a 320d.. ingress showed me the portal and said no more new cars.. only left were pre-reg.. so i booked a new 320i coz i had a plate number i wanted to use.. went home and 2 days later called the SA and said i wanted a D instead.. took one of those 0 miles pre-reg and had plate interchange done before i collected the car.. power is definitely better in the D than the 320i but of coz its never enough haha and im still trying to live with the clatter.. after 1600km im sending my car in today for the powerkit.. probably consider the brakes as well if they have stock..

my advice to u is if u really want a D u can just go to all dealers and check their stocks.. its still not too late
