HID system

Hi Bros, just wanted to get some idea on the model and the pricing for the HID kits available in the market as many of u have already fitted your cars with the kit. What will be the budget like? What is the reliable model around cause u all know mah that 3 series already have this bulb being burned always problem. Just let me know guys. Thanks for ur time taken. bye

Anything from RM1,100 upwards. I've been using MeccaTune (Korea) with Panasonic ballasts for the past one and half years. No complaints whatsoever. I've heard the Taiwan ones often blow their bulbs in less than a year. Supervision has the same rep.

friend of mine bought in dubai for around rm 350.. works well with his perdana.

Giantlight seems to be advertising heavily these days. Using Philips ballasts and bulbs. Has anyone given these a try ?

the best would be piaa hids.. a wooping rm2600.00...

the one i got is xelux... philips bulb and xenon ballast..

others in the market sells for RM700 to RM1000 without 'boxed'..
i know the importer.. philips bulbs and taiwan ballast..i think..

Supervision, 2 bulbs (LH and RH )burned in less than 1 month. But luckily is under warranty. 1 for 1 replacement.

not as blueish and whiteish as the others, but lights up very well, even in rain as light stream is a bit yellowish.. been 1 yr, so far so good..
