Last pad used was also ori. It's definitely worth it. Peace of mind.......

ori pad definitely worth it.. i tried textar damn noisy squeeking sound.. after changed to ori, problem resolved and the braking feel also better

Just changed my Thermostat and Water Pump. Total cost RM650 plus labour.

Should be reasonable, considering the fact if change cooling coil means taking out the whole dashboard which incurs labour charges up to RM700 depending on workshop. I had my cooling coil cleaned and that also meant removing the dash, labour plus cleaning the coil was around RM700.

ouch...taj....why go thru the hassle only to just clean the cooling coil?me thinks better spend the extra for a new coil and call it a day.otherwise when the coil eventually leaks,have to go thru the same process of dash removal which may cause many maintenance induced damages.....

My cooling coil was only dirty with dust and there was no visible leaks apparent. After cleaning, they checked for leaks and there was none, so they put it back in. Anyways, planning to sell my ride this year so dun want to spend too much. hehe

Just went to SSG aircond service. Had my aircond repaired because of not cold when in jam or idle. Changed the aircon valve, top up gas, changed the coil and labour charges all come in total RM650.

Very nice guy of Mr Chew. Really recommend to go for his great service. Thanks sifu here too for great information.

Price is really very reasonable. It will certainly cost much more as compared to the one near EPF building @ PJ.

Fellow E60ers, is there anyone who could recommend me a workshop in Ipoh and KL to check on my aircond issue?

My aircond was diagnosed to be leaking whereas it blows hot air now from the vents. Topping up the gas only lasts half a day.
