Motoring practise, must change oil at least every 6 months even you dont hit the mileage

guys, i want to try out a new place to service my e60 525 m54...
all this while for the regular service,
i just send my car to the shop and let him settle everything,
not knowing what kind of engine oil he used for my engine and all..

so do you guys have any recommendation on any place to service my car?
a reliable one and maybe that have a good engine oil too boost up the performance of my car(if possible)?
thinking of doing a full checkup and service..

Went to Optimum to carry out oil change and some normal wear and tear item. I'm certain that I'll be a returning customer. Both Jason and Fai been very helpful in identifying the issues that I raised and parts replaced did address the issue. Best of all, the early morning fan belt noise was solve without a single cent; Jason just spray some silicon onto the belt and tensioner area as he said all looks fine in condition; and he wouldn't want to replace anything just for trial basis.

All in all, very satisfied with them and would like to comment on their quality; even the workers around are friendly bunch of ppl

Just change my front disc brake rotor at RM 340.00 each x2 (BMW original), front brake pad RM 207.00 x1 (textar) I think....brake sensor RM 35.00. Labour RM 70.00, total RM 987.00. Is the price ok?

Just change the oil separator pipes. Whole set original RM 750.00 and labour RM150.00, total RM 900.00. Car feel more responsive and better oil consumption... Did it near Puchong area.
