control valve taked out

new control valve part no

2sets inside packaging but only need 1 set

put in fresh denso compressor oil lube

new compressor valve assembled. then assembled everything. put in aircond gase.do vacuum leake test. this job take approx 3 hours to be completed.

result - now have passed 2 weeks and aircond works like new. start engine straight away can feel cold air blow. during traffic jamed still cold. like frezzer inside my car now.

Now my compressor is little bit weak.

From the review link above, may i know pre facelift e60 523i doesn't come with active steering?

Is the engine different from pre facelift vs LCI? 177HP VS 193HP?

Other than that gearbox also different right?

my 523 is pre LCI.

have active sering,
diffrent gbox compare to LCI, LCI more like joy stick and more cun..
if same N52 magnesium engine should have same hp... unless compare to 525... tune for more power [SIZE=11pt]although same 2500cc but diffrent ECU map...[/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]Previously I found few last bacth LCI uk spec 525... it's 3000cc... not 2500cc anymore.. [/SIZE]but detune hp..
