i go to 3 places..... one each at the following places:

bandar sunway, ara damansara & usj
 
i use Ravenol for my engine oil and transmission oil for my GM E46 320i gear box...ATF oil change for 6 litres plus changes to all seals, RM1,150 plus labor...
 
Latest 'damage'... got weird sound from the front tire... found out the right lower arm ball joints loose..
Now changing
1 set lower arm left-right RM600x2
1 set lower arm bush left-right RM350
labor RM80
TOTAL RM1630

Got gearbox leaking... I wonder how much the cost? Will claim warranty instead for this damage

Where did you do the oil change and the oil seals bro?
 
My ride just got out from workshop this afternoon...since yesterday... -Warranty claim
-Change oil seal (gearbox) bcoz got leaking
-Change radiator hose due to leaking also

Total damage: RM0.00 but patah kaki for two days...

Yes I think so cos I specifically told the mech to change ori parts

oh.. thanks for the reply.. damned i changed my OEM lower arm 1 pc for 650 and bush for 350.. so needed to change both L and R = 2000 squeezed already.

i think my rear brake discs are due for change.. recommendation, anyone?
 
Water hose outlet ori (for car comes with winter package it's longer) = RM200

Expansion Tank original = RM270

Left is the old one

Toyota coolant (suitable for aluminium radiator) = RM20
 
Changed my tail lights unit (the ones attach to the boot only) left and right = RM287each x 2 = RM584 inclusive installation (not sure cheap or not)
OEM Made in Germany



Car wash = RM10 :p

Finally ignition coil 3 & 6 on my M54 failed. I had put in 2 used FOC Bremi to replace the Bosch 3 & 5 about 9 months back, ok for used ones. Morning start up is so much smoother now. Have not got the bill yet but it is less than RM800 for 6 brand new Bosch coils. Feel a little improvement in low end torque, should improve my miserable FC too.
