E46: AC Blower

Hi All,As i was driving back last night, the AC blower speed just stopped....then after 30 seconds or so it started again....then stopped altogether after awhile.Took it to Naidu Shell this morning cos I couldnt tahan and he said it was the AC blower resistor. Its by BEHR and costs around RM300+. He says its common with the E46.Car has been tested and he says its ready for pick up.Anybody had same problem? How much did you pay for this part?More $$$ out the pocket after gbox oil and new absorbers!!!!ThanksCheers!!Romeo
