Dear All, last Tuesday as I was driving along Jalan Pantai, it was raining heavily and a tree branch fell on my bonnet. It is damaged but getting it knocked back at a paint shop in Taman Mayang.
Anyway, wanted to let you all know that DBKL has their trees insured so any damages (from property managed by them) to can actually be submitted to them. It is under their Landscape division in kampong Baru. I confirmed this by calling them and they said yes and the process starts with a police report to be made, then submit to their Kampung Baru office. This will be the same with other municipals as well.
I can't do it because I'm in the midst of moving jobs and can't wait for the insurance process to go thru.
