So how is your potato chip ? any beter performance ?
LCP said:Putting just the chip alone does not warrant the need to change the brakes yet, the chip simply frees up a few horses at the top end and also make the car more driveable. Of course upgrading to better brake pads is always recommended, chipped or not, just no need to change to big mama discs...
jsen said:well, agreed with u CP.. kinda exaggerated if chipped need to replace brakes..! just tat feel tat, suddenly my brakes system are not as perfect as normal anymore.!
jsen said:no le. my master pump still workin fine.. checked alredy..

snchin said:FYI. With the new chip, you do not have rev limiter anymore. So watch the revs closely when you tarik....good excuse to fit a shift light.hehhehe
No offense to anyone, ok?
snchin said:itu I tahu lah....just be careful when downshifting. With the ori chip, there's a rev cut. You can still rev all the way to redline. But the limiter cuts in. With this chip dont have mah. So have to be careful loh...
heheheh....
