Hi friend,

Firstly, allow me to welcome you to BMWCM forum (though this is the incorrect forum section, so please proceed to the newbie section and introduce yourself as a matter of formality).

Secondly, you did not join the club as a BMWCM member. You have only joined BMWCM as a club forummer and later on with more postings, your status will be changed from Newbie to Club guest.

In BMWCM, we have a membership whereby you need to pay a yearly subscription fee of RM 150.00. Once your membership is accepted, your status will be changed from Club guest to Official member. You will also receive a starter kit consisting of BMWCM number plate holder, BMWCM shirt, cap, key chain, car sticker and etc.

Ok, this was not mentioned in the "Committee Member intro" thread I guess. So during this transitional period, I'm sure newbie like Taranjeet and me would like to know how to go by to get OM done. Eg PM who? Email to what email address once the reg form has been duly filled up? Once payment done, who to notify, etc...

Hi seewai, this is not a transition period. The whole office bearers & committee RESIGNED lah. Nobody can confirmed ur status as OM as yet. Wait for another 2 mths for an EGM to vote in new set of office bearers, then they can confirmed ur
status.

Nothing is impossible with sufficient funding. How do anyone expect our club to have the facilities like other clubs if all we have is approx. 60 paying members during the last count, 2 weeks ago, approx.170 OM on record BUT I notice thousand of guest in our forum. You yourself is a club guest since 2006, support the club by joining and paying the dues in time, then when bank balance of the club is strong, perhaps we can then look further.

bro, for your information, thsaw99 was a OM before, did not renew back and and his post is 3 years old...
