my climate control ( air con ) display was corroded by excess dashboard cleaner/ cream !opened up the unit and found out actually there is a " film " on top of the LCD display ( the film was actually corroded by the dash board cream ! ) . Without this film , the display is very faint --grey in colour ( instead of the amber colour found on the normal working unit ! ) like what you see on the cheap LCD calculator.Any bro knows where I can find this film ?:hmmmm:
