Changing Shock Absorber for My E36

Hi, All Need some advise. I drivin a e36 and currently on sach performance kit (lowered springs & shocks) Lookin to changing shock now and how the following questions: i) if changing to bilstein, shall I change to B6(performance shock for stock spring) or B8(performance shock lowered springs) ii) is the above 2 type of shocks is harder comparing to sachs performance shock iii) is the sachs spring is softer or harder than Eibach spring, do I need to change the spring if going for bilstein shock iv) or which shock is good if I'm using back my sachs spring.

You can use B8 of Bilstein

Good ride quality... I am looking for it too but too mahal
