How about Sprint booster? the last remap session he did offer SBooster for RM850 if i not mistaken. Could you kindly check with him.

yes there is bro....but according to him the price now is RM900 instead of RM850....

The price for remap of N42 is $1600, it's SGD or MYR?

if i just install the sprint booster in my e60 525 m54, how much power can it increase?

If you install sprint booster, you will get ZERO repeat ZERO gain of horsepower.

Sprint booster purpose is not to increase power, its basically used to amplify the pedal push.

With the sprint booster, say you push the pedal 20%, the sprint booster tells your accelerator its already 50% pedal push (just an example).

So you 'feel' that the car is more responsive and powerful, while in fact you can achieve the same feel by pushing the accelerator pedal to 50%.

It does not increase the power of the car.

What happens when one floors the pedal with sprint booster? ie 100% pedal, so should one be getting more than 100% (eg 120%~150%) of someone without sprint booster? Or does the gain still stop at 100%, even if you floor it you don't gain nothing at all?

Haha...you very funny la unker....

100% sprint booster equals to still 100% of the actual pedal push ler.....engine no change what....

Hehehe, just posting the question in case someone still has the doubt :p

No matter how much you fill up a cup, you won't get more than a cup (1.2~1.5 cups) of liquid unless you get a bigger glass!

Fully agreed with you that SB will not increase any bhp or torque. Just curious, if we do a drag race between two identical models. One installed with sprint booster while another without, would the one with SB hit the tape first because it will take off faster thus the advantage gain in distance.....?
 
What is the disadvantage of using SB after certain of period? Will gearbox 'kong' faster as it always kick down when accelerate during high speed?
