Can E90 320D with Performance Power Kit ECU be remapped or tune? I don't see it in your list.

Hope you don't mind sharing what is the improvements expected for your engine.

Thanks for organizing the remapping service Herbert. Just a suggestion, it would be good if you can find out from Bernard how much improvement is expected over stock in terms of bhp/Nm. At least that would provide potential buyers a good indication of what to expect after the remap.

Will the remap yield much improvement for N42/N46 with 5 speed auto box? Based on google, improvement are around 5-10bhp most 15bhp on wheel with 5 speed manual.

As to the improvement before and afrer remap, please refer to the below comments from Bernard.

As from the dyno result , we can see a gain of 10whp (7%increase from Standard ), and 25Nm (kg-m2.57 to Nn multiply by 9.8) of torque . The torque graph in the dyno show good improvement at 3000rpm to 5750rpm. As at 3750RPM it has again of 15whp/20Nm of torque, 4750RPM gain was 15whp/ 25Nm , 5750Rpm gain shows 10whp/15nm of torque .As we can see the horse power starts to tapped at 5500rpm onwards which the car is still running on stock standard exhaust and standard filter. Good improvement for a car that has done 188,000km in mileage. I have introduce 3 map on this car which this is the best result of all .Good drivability and smooth in gear change as well after test driving . Any further result improvement ,that has to be done on the dyno to obtain the optimal results which will cost RM$250 an hour. I would like to take this opportunity to thanks all those who have supported me for the past years and done my best to achieve optimal results on their cars.

Bernard did my e39 m54 525i remap 2 years ago. After remapped, my engine did feel much smoother with better low end torque. Many has asked me what gain (hp and torque) did I get after remap? All I could replied was "I just feel the difference" which isn't right. I should have done a dyno test before and after so that the gain would be documented. At least we can show the dyno charts to Bernard if we are unsatisfied with the performance after remap.

Dyno test cost about RM 100 and just go to Sunway and they are a few workshops with dyno equipment.

Bro, I noticed you mentioned you did your remap in 2010. Do we need to update the remap after few years?

Based on previous few group remap, it will most likely be done at One World hotel, Mutiara Damansara. For group remap, we need at least 5 cars. So hurry up and put your name on the list.
