FYI, myself and David from Mjg shall depart from Mjg via Mjg-Jelapang-Ipoh expressway at 7am to meet the group by 0900hr at Sg Perak RnRStopover.
Your consideration appreciated for both of us from Mjg to register, collect t-shirts, sign letter of indemnity, briefing etc at Sg Perak RnR stopover.

Set the pace for the convoy within the speed limit on the highway. The lead car shall keep constant contact with Sweeper and Marshalls to ensure convoy in keep in formation.

All participants shld be familiar with the drive checklist, rules, procedures & roles.

Its important to take note please do not assume on NKVE the speed limit is not constant at 110km/h
there are various points especially before and after a exit the speed limit is 80km/h

5th July 2013

SHARP 07.00am

All participants to meet at Sg Buloh R & R (North bound). Registration, collect t-shirts & car stickers, sign letter of indemnity, hotel payment, safety briefing, grouping for convoy etc etc. Please arrived early to avoid delay in the departure.

09.00am - Stopover at Sg Perak R & R

11.00am - Lunch at Juru city. To our Muslim brothers & sisters, they can proceed to the nearby mosque for Friday prayer.

02.30pm - Arrive BMW assembly factory plant

6.00pm - Complete the tour

7.00pm - Arrive & check into Royal Hotel Penang

8.30pm - Dinner in Penang hosted by our BMWCM Penang Chapter

Based Google estimate based on speed limit. it will take approximately 2 hours therefore if we were to arrive sg Perak by 9am we have to leave by 7am.

From Sg Perak to Juru city (http://goo.gl/maps/eSgoG)
It will take 1 hour 20 minutes. Therefore the group need to leave by 930 to arrive there by 11am
