Why be disciplined? Life is short. Live it to the full, but don't hurt anyone. And always consider the glass to be half full rather than half empty. You own the best all round car on the road today, so enjoy it while you can!

BTW, I'm not into SM... :listen: :D

Oh. To add to the list. My mum complains that the glove box is too small to fit to whole set of owner's manuals. All of our other cars (non-BMW) can. =) I don't find the key a problem as we have Comfort Access. HAH. Seriously, I don't find it a problem even without CA. Our old 230E Merc had the key on the left side of the steering.

My base line model E90 don't even have cruise control... who needs it? So you'll be cruising in Sport mode? :D

Yup, My E90 is definitely more than half full.. in fact, I consider it full despite no rear reading lights, no footwell lights, no door handle illumination, and don't even have visor vanity light!!

Its as light weight as you can ever get in an E90!!

I don't need that cruise thingy but it's there. It's kinda obstructing the key fob leather too (sorry, again about the key hole). After reading about this thread I went to AB and bought the leather cover. I would say it's a must have, not sure why it does not come with the orig key.

I'll have to take a photo of how my thigh come in contact with the chilled panel... I don't have weird sitting position or malformed thigh :)

Oh yah hor? WE HAVE CRUISE CONTROL! I've never even tried it. It's the most effective way to drift into alpha wave, and the dreaded alpha-theta threshold, while on a highway. Why put yourself to sleep while driving? Stay awake and live to enjoy the drive!

Yes Viewey, do post a photo. I'm intrigued. Do you have more than two legs perhaps?

E90 - BEST all round Car?!

Do we really own the BEST all round car on the road today?!

That depends on your definition, atty.

I won't say its the BEST all round car but a pocket and wallet size PERFORMANCE LUXURY.. by my definition.

My next, TT RS!! 2 seater AWD pocket rocket that's reasonably cheap on Roadtax and can play with DY (hopefully)....

r u sure we have the CRUISE CONTROL button?????? i truly need this as I have kena total "x" summons and they are all on KESAS. Dunno why it the limit has to be 90 instead of 120. tendency when driving on highways...surely u be turtle..

Button no, small stalk below the indicator stalk yes. Don't you have it?

Maybe it even works off your voice input system since you have that. It would be very convenient indeed: when you see a 90kmh sign, you say "Cruize control on, 90kmh".

And when you want to speed up, "Giddyup". Slow down, "Whoa". :D (kidding)

Maybe with the Bentley, you say "LET'S ROCK N ROLL!", and gears go into sport mode and the roll-over bar goes up. :D

Actually I must check the E90 handbook to see if cruise control can be controlled through voice input. Now THAT would be an ergonomic improvement!

"faster.. faster.. slow down! slow down! yes! more!...... STOP!" :D

"Good boy".. :24:

haha...what if a couple was making love in the vehicle...suddenly one of the "keywords" was mentioned...what would happen then?

While driving? Wow! You gotta show me how to do it!

I only use it when I absolutely have to keep my speed under control because I know there's a speed trap ahead and the speed limit is too blardy low. Or when I am feeling green and have megalomaniacal dreams of being an eco-warrior and want to see how low I can reduce my FC (which means, it only happened once).

I think your car should have... as Schwepps mentioned, it's the stalk below your indicator stalk.

Another complaint!

My E90 is normally single occupant.. so only the driver in the car.. why do we need 2 zone temp control aircond? the butt sensor in the seat would have detected no passenger, so the cooling requirement to the passenger seat is really unnecessary.. and waste of resources.. channel more output to the wheel la! Rather than keeping an empty seat chill.. :stupid:

Better still, if butt sensor detected no passenger, off the left temp sensor and shut the vent la! Efficient Dynamic ma!

Actually that's easily done. It will only increase the price of the car by ~3k.
