Guys,my dad's 2002tii and my uncle's 1602 was brought in by Arshad Motors (Pak Chat), a company equivalent to Naza in the 70's and early 80's.my dad once said that the local e30s and e28s were assembled by Sarawak Motors. Auto Bavaria only become the official distributor in 1989. Before that, who was the official distributor of BMW cars in Malaysia?I know that Seong Hoe of Malacca has been BMW dealer since 70's. regards, :)

I think they were called BMW Concessionaires or something similar. Some of the M1 workshop people were from there. Opened M1 after the company lost the distributorship to Auto Bavaria.
