Have tried to call Mr Moorthy many many times but he did not seem to asnwer his mobile phone. Maybe he does not pick up call from unknown number? Anyway, I tried another place, namely AB Segambut, the techician told me if I sent my ride in for headlight adjustment using the machinery, it will cost me around RM100 to RM200 depending on some factors. 
wow so expensive... then I told him I am using aftermarket headlamps, and he informed I need to send in the car for them to check if they could be adjusted since it's aftermarket.
But honestly, I feel RM100 to RM200 for headlight adjustment is rather high priced notwithstanding it is using the equipment. Anyone got any better option or solution?
Appreciate some feedback.

p/s: I am looking at adjusting the headlamp to achieve optimum brightness (something like OEM spec)
